Hi, I'm Francesca!

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you’re navigating loss, relationship stress, or major life transitions. Finding the right therapist in Austin who feels like a good fit matters, and my goal is to help you feel supported from the very first session. I strive to offer a space that feels supportive, collaborative, and grounded—where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin making sense of what you’re experiencing.

I work from a client-centered, trauma-informed, and relational approach, meeting you where you are while gently helping you move toward greater clarity, connection, and resilience. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families, and I’m especially passionate about supporting clients through grief, complex family dynamics, and periods of transition.

How I Help

I am currently accepting new clients and offer therapy for individuals, couples, and families in  Texas.

I work with:

  • Adolescents and teens

  • Adults

  • Couples

  • Families

Many of my clients are navigating grief and loss, relationship challenges, family stress, school or work-related pressures, or emotional overwhelm. I have experience supporting adolescents and families in school-based settings, and I bring a thoughtful, systems-oriented lens to the work we do together.

My Approach

My work is rooted in warmth, curiosity, and collaboration. I draw from a variety of evidence-based and expressive approaches, including:

  • Trauma-informed therapy

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • EMDR-informed concepts

  • Narrative therapy

  • Somatic and expressive approaches

I believe therapy works best when it feels human, safe, and attuned. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build coping tools, and work toward meaningful, sustainable change at a pace that feels right for you.

Training & Experience

I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. During my training, I completed my practicum in a school-based setting, providing individual and family therapy to adolescents and their caregivers while collaborating within a large multidisciplinary clinical team.

I also hold an Certified Grief Informed Practitioner certification, with training in supporting clients through loss, bereavement, and grief-related crises.
