Hi, I'm Francesca!
I specialize in working with people navigating grief, loss, and major life transitions. Whether you’ve lost a loved one, your job, your home, or your sense of direction – you don’t have to figure it out alone. I also provide therapy services to individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, postpartum depression, reproductive/fertility issues, divorce, attachment issues, as well as to couples, teens, families, and members of the indigenous community.

I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University and hold a Certified Grief Informed Practitioner (CGP) certification.
How I Help
I work from the belief that you know yourself best. My role is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore what you're going through and discover your own path forward. Working primarily from a client-centered framework, I also draw from various therapeutic approaches including attachment theory, somatic therapy, IFS, and radical acceptance. My goal is to help you navigate your journey at your own pace, in a way that honors both what you've lost and your capacity to heal.
Training & Experience

During my training, I completed my practicum in a school-based setting, providing individual and family therapy to adolescents and their caregivers while collaborating within a large multidisciplinary clinical team.

I also hold an Certified Grief Informed Practitioner certification, with training in supporting clients through loss, bereavement, and grief-related crises.
