Hi, I'm Caroline!
I am a clinical social worker (LCSW) practicing as a psychotherapist in Austin, TX.
I have experience working at the intensive outpatient level of care as a group therapist and am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Much of my practice has included working with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, suicidality, self harming behaviors, eating disorders, and life transitions.
Clients have described my style as warm, empathetic, direct, and non-judgemental. I believe the therapeutic process is collaborative and unique to each individual. My goal is to help you develop coping skills to handle challenges more effectively, while connecting to your own strengths.
How I Help

I draw from various therapeutic approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic, and Strengths Based. My goal as a therapist is for my clients to feel safe, supported, and heard in session, while also being encouraged to challenge ineffective behaviors and thought patterns. I believe in the importance of meeting a client where they are to help support their healing.
