How I Help
I use a strengths-based person-centered approach valuing the unique needs and perspectives of each client. I strive to foster a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to share their life experiences and identify, explore, and challenge self-defeating thoughts and beliefs. I understand therapy as a journey unique to each individual and am committed to walking alongside each client towards peace and healing.
More About Me
In my free time, I enjoy listening to live music with my husband, bike riding, reading a good crime novel, and being anywhere close to the water with my adventurous pup, Melzie.
