Hi, I'm Nathan!
Hi, I’m Nathan — a psychotherapist based in Austin, Texas, and a proud graduate of the University of Texas at Austin School of Social Work.

As someone who identifies as queer, trans, nonbinary, and mixed-race, I understand how vulnerable it can feel to seek therapy and navigate spaces that may not always feel welcoming.
My practice is grounded in affirming, inclusive, and trauma-informed care. I’m passionate about supporting LGBTQ+, BIPOC, neurodivergent, and nonmonogamous individuals, as well as those healing from relational trauma, family wounds, and disordered eating.

I work with adolescents (14+), young adults, adults, and couples, offering a space where all identities and experiences are honored.
My Approach to Therapy
I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and grounding environment where you can show up fully as yourself. My style is relational and strengths-based — I meet you where you are in the healing process. Therapy with me might include deep reflection, moments of humor, or creative exercises to build insight and confidence.

I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment-based therapy, and AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy) to tailor our work to your unique needs.
