Hi, I'm Kasey!
’m a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist in Austin, Texas. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin.
My approach to therapy is present-moment-focused, highly relational, and trauma-informed. I take an integrative approach to our work together, meaning I draw from different methods to meet each person’s unique needs. My clinical lens includes Internal Family Systems (IFS), Buddhist psychology, EMDR, mindfulness, and somatic modalities.
I am soft-launching Ketamine-Assisted Therapy in partnership with Journey Clinical. If you are interested in these services, please visit my external website to learn more:
How I Help
I bring playfulness, energy, honesty, and warmth to my sessions. My neurodivergence (ADHD) shows up as part of my strength—I’m attuned, creative, and present with you in ways that are alive and flexible. I'll always welcome your feedback along the way, because this is your work, your space, your life.
Ultimately, I want our space to be one where you feel safe to get real, get curious, and grow—not by becoming someone else, but by reconnecting with the parts of you that have been there all along. If that sounds like what you’re looking for, I’d love to meet you where you’re at.
