LGBTQIA+ Affirming Therapy

Becoming more fully yourself is a deeply human process. It can include exploring your gender, sexuality, relationships, or finding language that fits your experience. It deserves support, celebration, and care. For many LGBTQIA+ people, that journey also includes navigating a world that can be misinformed, judgemental, or unsafe. Affirming therapy can be a place to explore your identity with dignity, reduce shame, and feel more grounded in yourself and your relationships.

How We Help

We offer LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy that is rooted in warmth, openness and respect. Our goal is to create a space where you can show up as yourself without having to defend your identity or worry about being judged. We affirm all identities, orientations, and relationship structures, including consensual nonmonogamy and kink. 

 

Our team includes clinicians with a range of training backgrounds. Many are licensed Social Workers, which means we are trained to recognize how systems like discrimination, stigma, and unequal access to affirming care can impact mental health and relationships. Across our team, we share the same commitment to LGBTQ+ affirming, socially informed care, and we bring that approach into the therapy room with consistency, respect, and attention to safety.

 

We move at your pace and honor your privacy and choice. Wherever you are in your journey, whether you are exploring, out, not out, healing, or simply needing a space that feels safe and supportive, you are welcome here.
