Hi, I'm Bella!
Hi, I’m Bella (she/her/hers)! I’m a Master of Science in Social Work student at the University of
Texas at Austin, currently completing my final practicum at Grace Therapy & Wellness. I’m on
the clinical track and plan to graduate in May 2026, with the goal of becoming a Licensed
Clinical Social Worker.

I enjoy working with teens, college students, young adults, and adults who are navigating anxiety
and OCD, life transitions, ADHD and neurodivergence, relationship and attachment concerns,
self-esteem, and the uncertainty that often comes with trying to understand who you are and
where you’re going. I’m especially drawn to working with people who are thoughtful, sensitive,
and who want to better understand their inner world.
How I Help
My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered. I care deeply about building a
strong therapeutic relationship and creating a space where you feel comfortable being open,
curious, and fully yourself. I’m guided by a belief in the healing power of human relationships,
whether through brief moments of connection, or through growing a therapeutic alliance over
time. Getting to know you as a whole person and working together in a respectful and supportive
way is central to how I practice.

I’m especially drawn to Internal Family Systems (IFS/parts work), as well as integrating
elements of Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, somatic awareness,
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and
motivational interviewing, depending on what feels most helpful for you.
My clinical experience includes working in inpatient behavioral health and in a day shelter setting, where I supported individuals navigating acute distress and complex life stressors. These experiences continue to shape my strengths-based relational approach, grounded in empathy, presence, and genuine connection.

If any part of this resonates with you, I’d be glad to connect!
