When you meet with a Therapist from Grace Therapy & Wellness, you will be met with warmth and compassion. Together, you will form a safe and non-judgmental relationship focused on understanding your needs and goals for therapy. Your Therapist will listen to you without judgment and seek to understand your story in a compassionate way. They will provide a safe and secure space for you to be your most honest and authentic self. They will help you explore and understand your current stressors and thought patterns, identify any stuck points, and explore early childhood experiences. You will be met with compassion, understanding, and validation.

Your counselor will have prior education in many different fields of psychotherapy and will utilize that knowledge to provide understanding and reflection of your experience. This will allow space for you to be challenged and to find healing.
