Hi, I'm Jasmine!

Hi, I’m Jasmine, therapy intern at Grace Therapy and Wellness. I moved to Austin years ago and never looked back. After experiencing all the city has to offer - from kayaking on Lady Bird Lake to hiking the Greenbelt - I decided to enroll at Northwestern University and intern with Grace Dowd, founder of Grace Therapy and Wellness. Through my experiences, I gained valuable insights, perspective and skills, which I bring to every session. My aim is to create a safe and welcoming space for you to explore your innermost thoughts and feelings.

How I Help

At Grace Therapy and Wellness, I believe in a holistic approach to mental health. As a trained counseling intern, I offer Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Existential Therapy (ET), and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as my primary modalities to address the needs of my clients. In addition to these modalities, I also incorporate positive psychology and human-focused techniques to promote well-being and personal growth. As an ally of the LGBTQIA+ community, my practice is culturally sensitive and welcoming to all.

More About Jasmine

When not working, I enjoy kayaking, swimming, traveling, spending time with my husband, hiking, trying new foods, and figuring out where the Honeycomb Hideout really is...
