Hi, I'm Courtney!
I am a clinically trained therapy intern at Grace Therapy and Wellness. I support children, adults and families.

My style is rooted in empathy, active listening, and evidence-based techniques. For many, therapy can be a vulnerable and challenging process. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where my clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings.
How I Help
I bring a client-centered approach to therapy, meaning that I prioritize the needs and goals of my clients. I believe that therapy should be a partnership, where both the client and therapist work together to achieve meaningful outcomes. I approach each session with empathy and compassion. My goal is to empower my clients to make positive changes in their lives and help them live a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
