How I Help

In our work together, my goal is for you to feel supported and empowered in your healing journey. I will guide you to recognize and use your strengths to make the most of your life and circumstances.

I use a trauma-informed perspective that enables us to reach a level of safety in which you can process, experience emotions, and advocate for your needs. I believe deeply in the healing power of a secure therapeutic relationship between you and your therapist.

I work from a cognitive lens, supporting your awareness, learning, and understanding of your mental health and coping skills. Healing is a process that is unique for everyone, and I strive to join and accept you wherever you are in that process.

More About Me

In my free time, you can find me spending time with family and friends, enjoying a comedy special or podcast, or loving on my little dog, June. I appreciate art and design and love to slow down and notice the beauty we can make around us. I am always down for a jigsaw puzzle, crossword, or su doku and I love incorporating games and play into session.
